If your item requires personalization, please make sure that all options are checked off in the appropriate box and that all spelling and punctuation is exactly how you want it to appear on your item. Most personalized items require a minimum quantity purchase. Is My Online Transaction Secure?All transactions placed through our website go through our secure socket layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all of your personal and financial information. What Are My Payment Options?Sweet Memory Creations accepts, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card payments, as well as transactions through Paypal. What Is The Currency For Your Products?All prices listed on our website are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Do You Charge Sales Tax?All Orders to destinations within the State of New Jersey are charged 7% sales tax. Orders shipped outside the state of New Jersey will not be charged sales tax. What Happens If The Order I Placed Becomes Backordered?On occasion our products become out of stock and sometimes customers purchase the last of the stock before our website is updated to notify you. If your order becomes backordered, we will notify you immediately and you will have the option of waiting for the estimated in-stock date of delivery, or you can cancel your order for a complete refund. Will I receive An Email Confirmation and Tracking Number?Once your order is placed, you will receive the order confirmation. When your order is shipped, we will provide you a separate email with a tracking number for your purchase. If you have ordered multiple products and they are being shipped from our different warehouse locations, you will be provided with a tracking number for each package. Cancellation PolicyCan I Change or Cancel My Order?Orders placed may be changed or canceled as long as it has not been processed or shipped. We generally ship 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it, however you may return the items back to us for a refund. Please view our return policy. Return and Exchange PolicyCan I Return or Exchange My Order?You may return any new, unopened items (in its original packaging) within 30 days (no exceptions) of your delivery date for either an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs. Please contact us prior to returning an item by calling us at (732) 967-4920 to let us know that you are returning an item and specify the reason. It is recommended that you send your returns via a trackable shipping company such as UPS or Federal Express as well as insured for the value of the merchandise (at your expense). We take pride in our products and customer service and want you to feel comfortable in placing your order with us. Items that are not returnable include opened items, personalized items (including customized or engraved), edible items and worn items (garters, veils, jewelry, apparel, etc.) What Is Your Shipping Policy?Our current shipping options include UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Canada and Federal Express. We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking number(s) for your purchase. You can check the delivery status of your order using the tracking number. Some items may ship separately depending on our warehouse stock. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package that is sent for your order. How Does Your Free Shipping Policy Work?We currently offer complimentary UPS GROUND shipping on all orders of $99 and over that are shipped within the 48 contiguous US states. Your shopping cart will automatically reflect this savings once you have reached $125. If you have a coupon code for percentages or an amount off, you can enter this on the coupon code section and click on the apply code button for additional savings. What Are Your Exceptions To The Free Shipping Promotion?This offer does not include purchases made through our affiliate websites, including Carlson Craft, Fine Stationery, Wedding Paper Divas, Tiny Prints, and Just Me Music. Free shipping promotion only applies to orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. What If Items Arrive Damaged?We take pride in packaging our items carefully, however should something arrive damaged, we will give you the option to receive a credit or replacement on the product. You must notify us immediately if your item has arrived damaged. If multiple items arrive damaged, we ask that you send the package back to us at our expense, as we may have to file a claim form with the shipping company. We can then process your credit or re-order. Do You Ship Internationally?We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. What Is Your Low Price Guarantee Policy?If you find the exact item online advertised for a lower price than what we sell for, we will match their price. The product must be identical in color, packaging and manufacturer. It can not be a “knock-off” or a counterfeit designer manufactured item. If it is a name brand favor, such as Kate Aspen, it must be authentic, not just "similar" as many of the knock-off items sold on the internet are. The competitor's advertisement must be current, verified on the internet and the product must be in stock. Auction items (EBay or any other online auction), companies who are going out of business or liquidating and close out/clearance items are not included. Sweet Memory Creations will match pricing up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If we are to match a price, the competitor's shipping and handling charges and sales tax, if applicable, will be taken into account when we calculate the competitor's price. Shipments to New Jersey are subject to a 7% sales tax and will not be included as part of the price match calculation. Price adjustments are limited to one price match per item within the 30 day period. Competitor’s coupons and promotions are not accepted by Sweet Memory Creations. Please allow 7 – 10 business days following your price match request for your refund to be processed. Sweet Memory Creations reserves the right to decline a price match on an item that is not in stock with a competitor or does not meet the criteria outlined above.
